Manager/AM, Business Excellence BP

 

Position Overview - Basic Functions & Responsibility

The Business Excellence BP role is expected to bridge between vaccine business needs and business excellence solutions, leveraging BE solutions to empower vaccine business under a fast-changing environment, and leveraging vaccine business needs to contribute to the upgrade of BE CoEs and empower the digital transformation of vaccine business. As Business Excellence BP to VBU, he/she will work closely with BE & VBU cross-functional teams to support business strategy formulation, address business challenges with comprehensive BE solutions and empower vaccine business digitalization.

 

The Core Responsibilities are:

• Support business strategy formulation by consolidating vaccine-related insights incl. but not limited to internal business performance, execution progress and external environmental change incl. policy change, industry vaccine pipeline progress
• Use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Co-pilot) to collect and consolidate internal and external insights and form vaccines business insight report
• Support field team central operations incl. sales team KPI setting and quarterly calculation, territory management, etc.
• Automate and visualize sales operation process by landing AI applications such as field team monthly/quarterly performance visualization, KPI calculation automation, etc.
• Support field team with insight and analytical capabilities to empower their business planning and problem-solving process
• Empower vaccine business alliance management and work closely with partners in terms of target account segmentation, target setting, etc.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above. A minimum of 5+ years of demonstrated strong capabilities and experience in insights & data analytics or SFE-related works  
• Experience in vaccine, healthcare-related products or pharmaceutical industry will be a plus. Experience in consulting industry will be a plus
• Open and flexible to use AI tools and technology to automate and visualize working process
• Curiosity and willingness in vaccine industry and business excellence, can-do spirit, result-oriented, multi-workstream management, and integrity
• Capability to work under English environment, including written and verbal English
