Under broad direction manages a team of claims professionals and/or claims managers for a specific line of business. Responsibilities include delivering Under broad direction, leads a team of claims professionals and a Claims Trainee Manager. This role is accountable for delivering superior business outcomes through effective leadership, operational excellence and the timely, accurate resolution of claims. This role provides strategic oversight of all claims activities within the assigned area of responsibility and serves as a key leader for AGL field initiatives, including ligiation management and coverage consulation, and other critical business projects. Operating with significant authority and discretion, the Director applies advanced technical and industry expertise to drive claims outcomes and priorities. This position is accountable for talent development, stakeholder engagement, risk management and overall business performance.JOB DESCRIPTION:
