Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the PQP (Project Quality Plan);
- Identify potential quality risks, ensuring the project adheres to technical standards, industry regulations, and Customer requirements;
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) in the event of deviations with high criticality, coordinating the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA);
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers and internal teams to ensure alignment on quality expectations;
- Analyze quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), lead Lessons Learned Sessions and respective Action Plan.
Required Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering;
- Previous experience in quality management, preferably within a project management environment;
- Advanced English;
- Avaiability to work in hibrid mode in Taubaté/SP.
