What you'll be doing
Contract Review & Negotiation
Review NDAs, WOs, COs, and other core agreements against contracting standards
Advise internal stakeholders on deviations and risk mitigation strategies
Stakeholder Collaboration
Coordinate with Sales, Project Management, and Operations to gather contract specifications
Support Business Development with client inquiries
Contract Lifecycle Management
Manage workflows and approvals through the contract lifecycle
Maintain accurate contract data in CRM and central databases
Quality & Compliance
Peer review junior team deliverables
Support audits and regulatory reviews
Assist with document filing and DocuSign uploads
What we look for
Must-Have:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in contracting
3+ years of commercial contracting experience
Strong understanding of complex/non-standard agreements
Intermediate MS Office skills (especially Excel)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Nice-to-Have:
Experience in pharmaceutical or CRO industry
Familiarity with MSA, DPA, SLA negotiations
CRM/database experience
