Dyson is seeking an exceptional Global Revenue Performance Director to shape and activate the global revenue and category growth agenda. This role defines where and how the business competes across categories, channels, and markets, ensuring that investment decisions and go to market strategies deliver sustainable, profitable growth.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and lead the global portfolio and category growth framework, clarifying where to play and how to win across markets, channels, and customer segments.

  • Drive global–market alignment on strategic priorities, including launch sequencing, commercial focus, and resource allocation.

  • Establish robust governance, decision forums, and operating rhythms to enable disciplined market entry, global launches, and consistent brand and commercial outcomes.

  • Act as the senior integrator across markets, channels, and key customers, ensuring clear accountability, faster decisions, and speed of execution.

  • Challenge and validate market and financial assumptions through insight‑led business cases covering market sizing, category dynamics, competition, and price elasticity.

  • Ensure integrity of SSP architecture, volume forecasts, and financial models to support confident, ROI‑driven investment decisions.

  • Shape and optimize global launch calendars, prioritising markets and timing launches to maximise impact within retailer and channel windows.

  • Oversee end‑to‑end launch readiness and execution, setting global standards for excellence while enabling structured market adaptation.

  • Lead global performance and rollout governance, tracking execution quality, compliance, category growth, revenue, and market share outcomes.

  • Own range and lifecycle strategy at scale, including fit‑for‑market ranges, aligned retailer architectures, and PIPO discipline to manage complexity and portfolio health.

SUCCESS MEASURES

  • Revenue growth achieved across priority categories and markets, in line with enterprise targets, with increased contribution from hero SKUs.

  • NPD launch effectiveness improved, demonstrated by disciplined assumptions, on‑time global and market launches, and faster achievement of sell‑in and distribution milestones.

  • Consistent global‑to‑local execution delivered, resulting in aligned brand, portfolio, and commercial outcomes across markets.

  • High quality commercial decisions embedded, evidenced by strong governance, insight‑led business cases, and clear performance visibility.

  • Go‑to‑market effectiveness and portfolio efficiency strengthened, reflected in smoother retailer execution, fewer launch exceptions, and effective PIPO and lifecycle management.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven leadership in revenue management, category management, or commercial strategy within FMCG, Retail, or Consumer Goods sectors preferably in global or multi-market environments.

  • Proven track record in product launch planning and execution.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in market sizing, pricing strategy, and performance tracking Proven track record in retail strategy development, network expansion, and customer experience transformation.

  • Ability to influence and excel within global, matrixed organizations.

  • Deep portfolio, category, and commercial acumen, grounded in consumer value and market dynamics.

  • Strong governance and decision leadership, able to frame trade‑offs and guide senior stakeholders to clear outcomes.
