As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The position demands a focus on delivering scalable and efficient solutions that align with organizational goals, while fostering collaboration and innovation within the team environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead and mentor team members to enhance their technical capabilities and project contributions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.
- Promote best practices in software development, including code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management and integration.
- Strong knowledge of IT service management processes and their implementation within ServiceNow.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs related to ServiceNow platforms.
- Excellent understanding of performance optimization and code quality assurance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
