WHAT YOU'LL DO
Braze is looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to help develop, implement and manage our customer lifecycle marketing strategy. In this role, you will drive customer and revenue growth by designing and executing effective customer journeys and programs that strengthen our engagement with Braze users, buyers, and influencers. This role requires a willingness to work with cross-functional teams to build and execute strategies that support our company's growth and profitability goals.
This role will work with the Director of Lifecycle Marketing to brainstorm, create, and optimize programming that drives expansion, improves LTV, and reduces customer churn. You will be a Braze end user expert and utilize data to execute programs that drive revenue across a variety of marketing channels. Must be comfortable working within a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. You will act with a customer-centric approach, helping to curate customer feedback insights and map the behaviors needed to deepen product usage, increase retention, and strengthen the end user experience.
