Summary: As a Security Architect, you will define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. You will document the implementation of the cloud security controls and transition to cloud security-managed operations. Your typical day will involve designing and implementing security solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying updated with the latest security trends and technologies. Roles & Responsibilities: CSPM Monitor and analyze alerts and incidents related to cloud configuration changes, network flow logs and audit logs within the CSPM platform Manage alerts and incidents throughout the end-to-end operations and escalation process Define and customize queries to enhance investigations Provide remediation assistance for developers and system administrators by providing best practice solutions to help address any identified vulnerabilities Out of box reporting Engineering and Platform Support Monitor health of the CSPM platform Onboard new cloud accounts to the CSPM platform Aggregate onboarded cloud accounts into functional cloud account groups for different alert workflows Monitor and maintain CSPM compliance policies according to PPL’ security requirements Manage and fine tune the alerting workflow (mapping of alerts based on user roles CASB: Profile creation and management DLP dictionary and rules creation, maintenance and management Policy creation, tuning and management Alert/Incident monitoring and resolution Malware investigation and resolution Tool administration and health monitoring Configuration (Discovery, API, agent distribution), integration (existing 3rd party solutions like AD, IAM, SIEM, DLP), and customization (views, feature enhancements) ( 40 hours per month) Software updates and patches, Change management support Executive reporting Zscaler: Detect, monitor, resolve Zscaler performance and failures. ZScaler application and policy block troubleshooting. Emergency rule request. Manage security incidents reported by the SOC team. Service review & reporting Fault Management in Zscaler platform/Zen Node/Zconnector/pZEN or vZEN along with the Vendor and Client infra team(where applicable). Performance and Policy Tuning and ZApp user profile Administration. Application Access Rule and outbound policy monitoring from Z-Connector. Professional & Technical Skills: 3-8 years of experience in Information Security, preferably in Resources Industry Group Must have at least 5 years implementation\support experience with Application Security area. Excellent written, oral communication and reporting skills. Strong presentation skills with an excellent standard of English Strong problem solving and analytical skills with a troubleshooting mindset Additional Information: -The candidate should have  experience in Managed Cloud Security Services. - A 15 years full time education is required.
