What You’ll Do

You’ll be the key link between Michelin and our service provider network, ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction across your territory. Key responsibilities:

• Implement local service delivery strategy & ensure network coverage.
• Onboard / manage service providers, contracts & technical capabilities.
• Maintain network quality & sustainability standards; audit compliance.

• Oversee contracts, payments & service timelines.
• Monitor provider performance & implement corrective actions.
• Assess operational, financial & environmental performance.

• Train providers on Michelin standards / offers.
• Analyze technical reports & manage compensation claims.
• Expand network by prospecting new installation locations.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Service orientation and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills to build strong partnerships.
• Ability to work autonomously while being part of a team.
• Analytical skills to interpret data, write reports, and make recommendations.
• Ideally, experience in B2B, client services, and/or sales environments.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel 6–8 days per month (you plan your own schedule).
• Authorized to work in Australia (New Zealand applicants also considered).
