We’re seeking a Health & Safety Systems & Compliance Officer to act as operational Health and Safety support for the properties in Grange’s Retirement and Residential Portfolios. The role has a nationwide remit covering administration, reporting and contract administration / delivery for H&S compliance and systems. You’ll work with both internal and external stakeholders collaboratively to ensure property risks are compliant according to legislative requirements and best practice.   

 

To be successful, you’ll already have excellent stakeholder management skills. You’ll have demonstrable experience in analysing large sets of data in a residential property compliance setting as well as extensive experience of undertaking reconciliations between multiple complex data sources.  

 

We’re also looking for experience in loading and reporting on health and safety compliance software in a property environment (Evotix, Csite or similar).

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Lower EashingCandidates will initially be expected to work from the office at least 2 days per week for the first 6 months. 

 

Candidates may then be expected to work from a main office once per week. 

 

Although principally based at home, applicants may need to cover other schemes in the area. 

 

Applicants must be able to travel occasionally across the region and cover all schemes within the south of the UK.
