Join the Thomson Reuters enterprise Risk Management function, part of Risk & Compliance to help strengthen the control landscape and support the establishment of new, and delivery of existing core processes designed to evaluate and manage risks associated with external business relationships.
Help build, deploy and operate a TR customer compliance (KYC) capability, focusing on identifying risks associated with selling products and provisioning access to TR content and intellectual property.

About the Role:

• Operate and execute KYC relevant processes i.e., customer screening, following a defined process and utilizing dedicated tooling.
• Work closely with members of the broader organization, including Risk & Compliance, Product Sales and other business functions, to ensure smooth process delivery and timely escalation.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of the enterprise-wide Know Your Customer (KYC) program and the associated projects.
• Support third party risk management activities, such as third-party screening.
• Identify and escalate materially relevant issues, identified as part of your day-to-day duty.

About you:

• You're naturally curious, eager to learn and grow. You’re comfortable with ambiguity and strive for excellence.
• You understand compliance, sales processes, customer screening and KYC processes.
• You speak fluent English and communicate effectively and efficiently.
• You have more than 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a regulated industry.
• Risk Management is your forte and you're comfortable working with GRC tooling and processes.
• You have experience with sales, sourcing, procurement, contract management and relevant processes in a global entity
