As an Insights & Analytics Manager you will address key needs to further the value of analytics by surfacing both leading & lagging indicators in a manner that is easy to consume.

You will work collaboratively with your Squad, Chapter and Stakeholders to deliver on our mission to help build a brighter future for our customers and communities using state of the art data and analytics processes.

We currently have both permanent and 12 month fixed term opportunities available within the team.

In this role you will

  • Work with a range of stakeholders across various domains, from Data and Analytics, to Product, Risk and Technology.

  • Solve complex problems and assist in devising the most appropriate solution for each situation.

  • Create analytical outcomes that can be automated/scheduled and meet challenging deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Produce accurate work, reliable results, meet tight deadlines, and plan and prioritise workflow.

  • Support the development of your fellow team members in their data and analytics journey.

We’re interested in hearing from people who have

  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.

  • A well-demonstrated Insights and Analytics background, including:

  • Proven experience in delivering complex projects using SQL tools, such as Teradata SQL.

  • A keen eye for manipulating data.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, demonstrated by examples of concrete steps taken to ensure accuracy of results and data quality.

  • Sound understanding of Banking or Financial products. Experience with climate solutions is highly preferred, but not necessary

  • A keen interest in keeping up to date with latest data trends and technologies.

  • An inquisitive approach – someone who is able to challenge assumptions and contribute with ideas for improvement of processes.

  • Proven experience in using BI tools, such as Tableau or Power BI. Experience with Power BI NLP is high preferred, but not necessary.

  • Good understanding of dashboard design best practices.

  • Experience with other languages such as Python R is well regarded

  • Experience working in an Agile environment, or knowledge of Agile methodology.
