What You'll Be Doing

  • Operate, monitor, and optimize plant equipment to support efficient production.
  • Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure product quality by following established standards and procedures.
  • Coordinate with team members to meet production goals and improve processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to all safety and environmental requirements.

  • Mechanical aptitude with the capability to perform basic maintenance tasks.

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
