Job Description

Fabletics is currently looking for an Ecommerce Coordinator. 

 

How Do You Fit In? 

As the Ecommerce Coordinator, you would be responsible for managing the marketing site experience leveraging data to determine what is most impactful, participating in strategic brand initiatives and loyalty programs and assist in marketing promotions all in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate would be technically savvy, and very motivated by optimizing the efficiency of effective design and direct marketing copy. 

 
This position will report to the Ecommerce Manager 

 

What you can bring: 

  • 1-3 years marketing experience 

  • Detailed-oriented, well-organized, excellent time management and reliable 

  • Enthusiastic team player with the flexibility to re-prioritize, multi-task and switch tasks fluidly 

  • Self-motivated and takes initiative 

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and software 

  • Passion for fashion, athletic wear, internet and e-commerce 

  • Creative thinker with an eye for effective design and direct marketing copy 

  • Positive, can-do attitude with ability to hit the ground running 

  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross functional teams 

  • Strong computer skills: proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) 

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution 

 

Nice to have, but we’ll teach you: 

  • Experience working with CMS, JIRA/Asana, Builder.IO 

  • Experience with Google Analytics with the ability to analyze and make recommendations based on findings 

  • Online marketing is a must 

 
What you will do: 

  • Develop, QA & optimize site experience for multiple segments of customers 

  • Assist in pushing all promotion and brand marketing assets live on FBL.com including custom landing pages and tiles. 

  • Partner with brand marketing and site merchandising teams to conduct site analysis and create strategy to streamline and enhance site experience through asset planning, mapping and prioritization. 

  • Troubleshoot site issues with product marketing and/or cross functional marketing team members as needed as well as present ideas for site improvements when applicable 

  • Stay very organized to ensure that all marketing campaigns and promotions are executed correctly and as seamlessly as possible 

  • Analyze data, interpret trends, draw conclusions, and make thoughtful recommendations 

  • Competitive site research

The annual base salary range for this position is from $26.54-$28.84/hr. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
