As a Business Integration Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of connecting business needs with data-driven solutions. You’ll partner with stakeholders across the organization, transform requirements into actionable insights, and help deliver innovative reporting and analytics tools that drive smarter decisions. Shape Business Cases
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear requirements.
Support senior analysts and integration leads in identifying opportunities where data and analytics can add real value.
Drive Projects Forward
Take ownership of low-complexity initiatives and requests, ensuring timely delivery.
Collaborate with senior analysts and managers on medium- and high-complexity projects.
Participate in regular stakeholder meetings to share updates, align priorities, and keep momentum strong.
Communicate & Collaborate
Build communication plans to keep teams informed and aligned.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (onsite and virtual) to identify challenges, exchange feedback, and co-create solutions.
Develop presentation materials to showcase analytics solutions to business partners and clients.
Analyze & Report
Frame business questions and provide actionable insights.
Support future analyses and data-gathering efforts.
Contribute to the design, testing, and deployment of automated reporting solutions that follow best practices and departmental standards.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience
2+ years in a data analyst or similar role.
Hands-on experience with data analysis, translating insights into recommendations, and building reports using tools like Microsoft Reporting Services or Power BI.
Familiarity with modern database tools, analytics approaches, and research concepts.
