About the Role

As a Business Integration Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of connecting business needs with data-driven solutions. You’ll partner with stakeholders across the organization, transform requirements into actionable insights, and help deliver innovative reporting and analytics tools that drive smarter decisions. This is a role where your analytical skills, creativity, and communication abilities will directly shape the way our teams operate and succeed.

What You’ll Do

Shape Business Cases

  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear requirements.

  • Support senior analysts and integration leads in identifying opportunities where data and analytics can add real value.

Drive Projects Forward

  • Take ownership of low-complexity initiatives and requests, ensuring timely delivery.

  • Collaborate with senior analysts and managers on medium- and high-complexity projects.

  • Participate in regular stakeholder meetings to share updates, align priorities, and keep momentum strong.

Communicate & Collaborate

  • Build communication plans to keep teams informed and aligned.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (onsite and virtual) to identify challenges, exchange feedback, and co-create solutions.

  • Develop presentation materials to showcase analytics solutions to business partners and clients.

Analyze & Report

  • Frame business questions and provide actionable insights.

  • Support future analyses and data-gathering efforts.

  • Contribute to the design, testing, and deployment of automated reporting solutions that follow best practices and departmental standards.

What We’re Looking For

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience

  • 2+ years in a data analyst or similar role.

  • Hands-on experience with data analysis, translating insights into recommendations, and building reports using tools like Microsoft Reporting Services or Power BI.

  • Familiarity with modern database tools, analytics approaches, and research concepts.

Skills & Strengths

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.

  • Ability to gather requirements and translate them into impactful solutions.

  • Skilled at balancing multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and requirements-gathering practices.

  • Strong documentation and presentation abilities.
