The Product Manager & Partner Relations position is a strategic role focused on driving product innovation and building a strong partner ecosystem for AIA Vitality and Amplify Health. This role blends relationship management, product planning, and operational excellence to deliver exceptional value to clients and customers.The Position
Partner Management
Ensure Amplify Health clients and AIA local business units have access to a robust network of Vitality partners delivering value at competitive costs.
Manage and develop existing partner relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for external partners and vendors.
Collaborate with internal managers to assess, negotiate, and execute contracts, and evaluate partner/vendor performance.
Research & Development
Drive programme innovation for AIA Vitality through attractive partnerships and benefits.
Conduct ongoing assessments of partners, products, and features to enhance customer experience and business value.
Build and test hypotheses to inform product enhancements and strategic decisions.
Partner Operations
Support AIA clients in administering and expanding local partnership ecosystems.
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth operational delivery.
Product Planning
Collaborate with the lead product manager to define the product roadmap and implementation plan.
Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on business needs and user insights.
Gather and translate user requirements into clear product specifications, integrating usability studies and technical enablers.
Embed experimentation and hypothesis-driven development into all product initiatives.
Product Operations
Support product operations, including managing partner/vendor customer support and operational processes.
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience.
Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to simplify complex concepts for diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in Jira, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Miro, Visio, and other project management tools.
Ability to adhere to established frameworks, policies, and standards.
Professional representation of the team in all interactions.
Skilled at expressing complex issues and opportunities in clear, actionable terms.
Comfortable operating in multi-stakeholder environments with varying expectations.
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Collaborative team player with a proactive, hands-on approach and a “can-do” attitude.
