The Role

We're looking for a few smart, self-motivated, problem-solving Sales Development Representatives to join our Sales team. We are hiring people who thoroughly enjoy the sales process, can think quickly, and re-engage customers by educating them and moving them closer to the close of a deal. This role involves using outbound calls, texts, and emails to re-engage companies that completed their free trial but haven’t converted to customers yet. In this job you will...

  • Focus on high activity and maximizing daily outreach to potential customers.
  • Regularly contact our formerly in-trial customers to educate them on the value of our higher-tiered products.
  • Use strong influencing skills to set up qualified demos with current Mid-Market and Inside Sales Representatives.
  • Potentially qualify inbound & chat leads and designate to the appropriate department based on company size and potential users.
  • Promoting products and services while delivering quality customer service.
  • Communicating with all levels of the organization including product and marketing to provide feedback on customer interactions.

  • Be located in or around the Lincoln, Nebraska metro area.

Compensation:

This is a salaried position at CompanyCam. Our salary for this role $40,000 and is based on experience, with on target earnings (OTE) of $50,000 - $62,000.  We also offer meaningful equity and other benefits.
