We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented Senior IT PMO Manager, to lead the IT Project Management Office and ensure delivery excellence and oversight, governance standards and integrity, and regulatory compliance across the global IT project portfolio.

Reporting to the Director of IT Portfolio and PMO Governance, this role is accountable for the governance, tools, oversight, and reporting of a large, multi‑year IT project landscape. The role provides executive‑level transparency on delivery health, deviations, and risks, enabling informed and timely decision‑making by IT leadership.

This position is a critical pillar of the IT governance model, clearly differentiated from IT Portfolio Management. While the IT Portfolio function defines what the organization invests in, the IT PMO ensures how those investments are executed in a controlled, compliant, and predictable manner.

What will you be doing?

• Own and continuously improve IT project lifecycle governance across all delivery models, ensuring consistent standards, controls, and decision gates
• Provide portfolio-wide oversight of IT project and programme delivery, monitoring financial and execution performance and driving early risk identification and escalation
• Lead executive-level IT PMO reviews and deliver concise, decision-focused reporting to support IT leadership and senior management
• Ensure IT project delivery complies with regulatory, audit, and internal control requirements, acting as the primary PMO interface for assurance activities
• Lead, coach, and develop the PMO team, fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
• Drive PMO tooling and data excellence through ServiceNow SPM, improving automation, data quality, and standardisation while retiring legacy tools
• Challenge delivery teams on risks, performance, and governance compliance, escalating issues with clear impacts and recommendations

What will you need to be successful?

• A bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field, with professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PfMP, SAFe, or equivalent preferred
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT PMO, delivery governance, or senior program / financial controllership roles, including support of executive decision and governance forums
• Proven ability to operate PMO governance at enterprise scale within complex, multi-project environments, ideally in regulated industries
• Strong expertise in IT investment governance, project lifecycle management, financial controls, and PMO tooling, with hands-on experience using ServiceNow SPM or comparable PPM platforms
• Advanced analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English and a collaborative, service-oriented mindset
