About the Role

As a Technical Support Consultant, you will support veterinary professionals by assisting with a range of products, services, and diagnostic equipment. You will receive structured training and ongoing development opportunities while working in an innovative, fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for veterinary and diagnostic products, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and system issues
  • Guide customers in the use, setup, and maintenance of equipment
  • Assist with installations, configurations, and data-related inquiries
  • Respond to customer questions, process orders, and support billing-related queries when needed
  • Identify customer needs and deliver effective solutions, collaborating with internal teams as required
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction
  • Follow quality standards and compliance requirements

What You Bring

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving ability with solid analytical thinking
  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask
  • Comfort working both independently and in a team
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
  • Professional fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
