We are currently looking for a part-time Facilities Coordinator to support our team in the Netherlands, based in our office in Amsterdam.

The preferred schedule is 4 to 5 hours in the morning, 5 days a week.

About the role:

The Facilities Coordinator will act as the focal point for all facilities related enquiries. Oversees the coordination of office space and delivery of facility services and ensures that the office is a clean and safe environment for staff.

About the team:

Our Pan-European Facilities team is responsible for creating a safe, clean, comfortable, and welcoming workplace to ensure that each business unit residing within the space can focus on their operational goals.

What you will be doing:

• Performs facilities administration activities
• Coordinates issuance of access cards and keys, parking allocation and visitor parking cards
• Monitors ongoing requests to ensure tasks are completed within set timeframe.
• Coordinates facilities cleaning staff by helping to define duties and schedules
• Oversees purchase of new services, equipment and/or supplies for the department, and issues Purchase Requests
• Checks supplier invoices and codes for Oracle
• Liaison with Landlord for resolution of facility issues relating to maintenance, security systems, parking, moves adds and changes, trouble calls
• Complete the Bureau of Statistics forms every 3 months
• Organises post and couriers

What you will bring:

• 2+ years of experience in a Facilities Coordinator role or a support role within Vendor Management
• Excellent communicator
• Able to maintain good supplier relationships
• Knowledge of Excel
• Good administration and organizational skills
• Self motivated
• Resourceful
• Polite and friendly approach
• Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory
