• Monitor the supplier qualification and onboarding process, maintaining visibility on qualification status and supporting improvements to the workflow in coordination with the global supplier qualification team.
• Maintain supplier quality reporting and KPIs for the Hub, ensuring accuracy of data, tracking performance trends, and supporting periodic supplier performance evaluations.
• Review and coordinate supplier non-conformance cases raised through the supplier non-conformance reporting process, validating submissions and tracking supplier corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate supplier quality and sustainability initiatives, including supplier sustainability development programs and external supplier assessments (e.g., EcoVadis), and track progress of related actions.
• Coordinate preparation and follow-up activities for Supply Chain audits, including ISO audits, internal self-assessments, and Global Quality audits.
• Analyze supplier quality performance, non-conformance trends, supplier performance evaluations, and audit outcomes to identify improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
