1. Strategische Schnittstelle & Supervision
Zentraler Ansprechpartner: Du fungierst als primärer Ansprechpartner für die Fachbereiche Sales und Marketing in allen datenrelevanten Fragestellungen.
Fachliche Supervision: Du begleitest und steuerst die Mitarbeiter in Sales und Marketing bei der Nutzung von Analysetools und stellst sicher, dass Daten strategisch richtig interpretiert werden.
Prozessoptimierung: In enger Abstimmung mit der IT und externen Partnern entwickelst du die CRM-Landschaft (Salesforce) bedarfsgerecht weiter.
2. Performance-Analyse & KPI-Reporting
Ganzheitliche Auswertung: Analyse der Vertriebsperformance auf nationaler, regionaler und lokaler Ebene.
KPI-Monitoring: Überwachung kritischer Kennzahlen wie Therapieergebnisse, Akquiseperformance, Sales-Coverage und Frequenzen.
Reporting-Infrastruktur: Erstellung und Pflege von Dashboards und Entscheidungsvorlagen für die Geschäfts- und Vertriebsleitung.
3. Salesforce-Management & Datenqualität
System-Administration: Sicherstellung einer sauberen Datenpflege und -struktur innerhalb von Salesforce.
Logik-Entwicklung: Definition und Implementierung von Reporting-Logiken, um die Transparenz im Vertriebszyklus zu erhöhen.
Data Cleaning: Zusammenführung und Bereinigung von Daten aus verschiedenen Quellen zur Sicherstellung einer "Single Source of Truth".
4. Support & Training
Befähigung der Teams: Unterstützung der Sales-Teams bei der Interpretation von Ergebnissen mit klarem Fokus auf die Umsetzbarkeit im Feld.
Wissenstransfer: Durchführung von Schulungen zur Nutzung von Salesforce und zur Anwendung der bereitgestellten Reports.
