As a Fleet Operations Specialist you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:
  • Execute fleet lifecycle transactions with business unit leaders engaging defined processes/workflows
  • Operational Decision‑Making: Evaluate fleet conditions, performance data, and operational constraints to make timely decisions that optimize routing, asset utilization, and service delivery.
  • Fleet Performance Management: Monitor vehicle availability, maintenance schedules, and downtime trends to ensure operational readiness and proactively address risks.
  • Data‑Driven Insights: Analyze telematics, fuel usage, maintenance records, and compliance data to identify patterns, recommend improvements, and support strategic planning.
  • Cross‑Functional Coordination: Collaborate with operation teams, risk/safety, procurement, and leadership to align fleet operations with organizational goals.
  • Compliance & Risk Oversight: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, safety standards, and internal policies, escalating issues and recommending corrective actions when needed.
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Support decision‑making around service providers, maintenance partners, and equipment suppliers by evaluating performance, cost, and operational impact.
  • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in fleet workflows and propose solutions that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service reliability.
  • Incident Response: Lead decision‑making during breakdowns, delays, or operational disruptions, coordinating resources and communicating impacts to stakeholders.
What is Required?
  • Bachelor’s degree in any business-related or supply chain field
  • 4–6 years of experience in fleet operations, logistics, or similar operational/analytical role
  • Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities
  • Confident decision‑making in fast‑moving operational environments
  • Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into action
  • Clear communication and cross‑team collaboration
  • Understanding of different data systems and workflows
  • High attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset
  • High Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
  • Travel to home office for meetings 2-3 times per year. 
  • In office work expectations when in reasonable proximity of corporate location 2 days per week.
