How You'll Shine

• Design and implement a QA monitoring process specifically for cancelled sales.

• Establish a "Chase Team" dedicated to re-engaging and recovering cooled-off or cancelled sales.

• Develop a site-level post-sale engagement process in coordination with the CLO to ensure a high-quality ownership experience during the first week.

• Identify sales representatives, managers, and CLOs with above-average cancellation rates, and organise targeted boot camps and mentoring sessions.

• Promote a strong service-oriented culture across sales and customer-facing teams through social media, owner testimonials, training materials, and incentive-based competitions.

• Collaborate with the Projects Team to launch a refreshed “New Sales Package” every two weeks to boost sales performance.

• Schedule and lead team debrief sessions with identified sales groups to review performance and improvement areas.

• Conduct bi-weekly training sessions with all PBP sales representatives on key focus areas.

• Deliver specialised sales training in partnership with the CLO.

• Collaborate closely with Sales Leaders to proactively develop and deliver General Advice strategies and guidance."
