About Business Architecture:
Business Architecture (BA) team is a dynamic strategic organization at the forefront of the Citi Transformation efforts. We act as a catalyst across businesses and functions driving the transformation of Citi into a simpler, customer-centric organization. We are responsible for partnering with business lines and functions to establish and execute the framework, which includes developing enterprise-wide taxonomies, publishing standard playbooks and procedures. We also provide the Businesses and Functions with ongoing governance, program oversight, and reporting to ensure consistency, control, and accountability as it relates to the program. We partner with the business to develop the frameworks that are the foundations of everything we do.
The Process Ownership Cross-Enterprise Adoption VP will partner with senior stakeholders in the organization as part of the team responsible for formulating and socializing adoption guidance including the advanced execution and controls requirements and expectations across all Businesses / Functions; continuously identifying, incorporating opportunities and evolving the adoption process by addressing senior stakeholder feedback; formulating and driving the multi-stage adoption cross-enterprise plan according to committed timelines; and interacting with technology and 2nd line of defense oversight to attain sustainable and well-understood assessment results supported by quality assurance controls.
The VP is also responsible for defining and socializing the key BA taxonomies overall adoption guidance / controls within Adoption Programs that will leverage these taxonomies, guiding the Programs adoption progress to ensure adherence to the guiderails; and performing risk-based credible challenge of these Programs adoption state in conjunction with 2nd line of defense oversight.
The VP will understand the broader objectives established by the BA Process Ownership leadership team and BA more broadly to strategically form a sustainable approach in agreement with Citi’s Business and Functions leads. The role will also require coordination with other enterprise areas developing requirements that have inter-dependencies to BA to ensure a consistent solution. Responsible for executing on overall BA priorities.
Excellent communication skills required to negotiate internally at various levels across impacted groups. Developed communication skills are required to guide and influence others. The ideal candidate will have experience understanding organization design to develop operating models with the ability to articulate accountability and controls.
