What you will do:

The ISR interacts with existing House Accounts and York Dealers to increase sales and margin of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment and supplies. The ISR will proactively maintain an ongoing relationship with assigned House Accounts and York Dealers. They will make occasional sales calls to their customer base, where and when appropriate. The ISR will be responsible for providing quotations, entering orders, facilitating returns, and any post-sale tasks that are required and related to York Dealers and their assigned account base. They will actively send out Marketing flyers, special offers, and any other revenue producing communications to their customer base as well as the Region customer base. They will also perform counter sales duties on an ongoing basis as required.

How you will do it:

• Proactive calls to customer base to increase sales and margin.
• Provide quotations for residential and light commercial HVAC equipment and supplies. 

• Order entry and shipment tracking where necessary.
• Post-sale support as required.
• Facilitate product returns and train customers on warranty processing.

Associate of Arts Degree (A.A.S) required at a minimum with 3 years of sales experience.

4-year degree preferred with a minimum of 1 year of sales experience.

Skills: 

Mathematical Skills: 
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, freight, and margin rates.

Reasoning Ability: 

Ability to solve practical problems, develop long-term solutions, and effectively communicate resolutions to customers.

Computer Skills: 
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MS Excel Spreadsheet software, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, as well as a general knowledge of quotation and order entry software. Developing email mailing lists skills for marketing purposes will also be required.
