Let's start with the role

We are looking for a highly motivated CRM Executive responsible for executing and optimizing customer relationship management (CRM) campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring engaging and personalized customer experiences. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Data, Key Accounts, and Customer Support, to drive customer engagement, retention, and reactivation strategies in the Brazilian market.

As a CRM Executive, you will:

• Review campaign performance and key CRM metrics to optimize ongoing initiatives.
• Execute personalized and automated CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app messages) aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with the content, design, and data teams to craft high-impact player journeys.
• Monitor customer segments and behavioral insights to drive engagement and retention strategies.
• Work closely with the wider marketing team to align CRM initiatives with promotions, sponsorships, and acquisition efforts.
• Troubleshoot any campaign issues and ensure timely execution of planned activities.
• Prepare reports and insights to present to the CRM Senior Manager and key stakeholders.

What you will bring:

• Experience in CRM, digital marketing, or customer engagement roles, preferably within the iGaming, sports betting, or entertainment industries.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Xtremepush, Optimove, or similar).
• Knowledge of campaign automation tools, and analytics Dashboards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, as the role requires communication with regional and global stakeholders.
