Job Description:

The Role: Advisor, Customer Service Shared Services

The Advisor, Customer Service Shared Services partners closely with regional Customer Service teams and the Directors of Customer Service Operations to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations. This role provides essential administrative, reconciliation, and customer support services that enable the business to operate efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

You will support the Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) by completing a variety of administrative and customer-related tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Preparing and sending conformance/analysis certificates to customers.

  • Issuing daily consignment stock billing.

  • Using SAP and Power BI to extract data for custom reporting and to update customer portals.

  • Preparing customer-mandated spreadsheets and delivery reports.

  • Compiling and sending required documents to customers.

  • Performing triage of web leads and assigning them to the correct owners.

  • Handling tasks that enable CSRs to focus on core responsibilities and customer-facing activities, such as downloading purchase orders from customer portals and uploading them into the Entegris Sales Order Automation tool.

  • Demonstrating flexibility and willingness to complete miscellaneous tasks to support overall business operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience with SAP (an advantage that accelerates onboarding).

  • Strong proficiency with digital business applications.

  • Ability to run reports and export data using Excel.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; prior international experience and cultural awareness is a plus.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively.

  • Strong attention to detail.
