About the Role & Team

You’ll greet Cast Members with warmth and professionalism as you guide them through the fingerprinting process, which is an essential step in their journey to joining the Disney family.

This is a part-time, on-site role located in Lake Buena Vista, FL.

You will report to the Security Manager.

What You Will Do

• Create a welcoming experience while collecting fingerprints using live scan technology for background checks and licensing purposes.
• Engage with Cast Members who self-identify with a criminal history, ensuring respectful and confidential handling of sensitive information.
• Maintain accurate records and profiles to support our compliance and onboarding processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• A passion for delivering exceptional Guest service.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain focus throughout your shift.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone etiquette.
• A knack for building positive relationships and working collaboratively.
• Great time management and a drive for continuous improvement.
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including overtime.
• The ability to stand for extended periods (10+ hours).
• A commitment to confidentiality and business integrity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and a willingness to learn new systems.

Preferred Qualification

• Familiarity with DM Hummingbird and Kenexa applications.
• Experience using live scan fingerprinting devices.
• Prior experience in Human Resources or Security roles.

Education

A High School education or equivalent experience
