As a Digital Program Manager (m/f/d) supporting our Marketing and Commercial team, you will be trusted to work on the rollout and further enhancements of Alcon Vision Care eCommerce and eServices platforms across the DACH cluster. This position is based in Aschaffenburg.

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Lead the progress of the rollout and enhancements of various eCommerce and eServices platforms, ensuring deadlines are met and any issues are promptly addressed
• Ensure smooth communication and coordination between the DACH cluster and international teams (international HQ, product, engineering, DevOps), as well as internal coordination within DACH
• Ensure smooth operation of various commercial digital programs
• Act as a center of digital expertise for DACH cluster team
• Partner and communicate effectively and constructively with various local and international stakeholders, including C-level executives

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Relevant academic background e.g., Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, computer science, information technology or similar

• 3-5 years of experience on comparable role within Project Management, Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Change Management or similar

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build productive relationship within the team and to communicate on the eye-level with senior leadership

• Self-starter with a great sense of ownership and desire to lead the change. Ambition to make a difference & to grow professionally

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Structured thinking, with the ability to manage complexity and ambiguity

• Ability to visualize and present data & information in meaningful way

• Curiosity and proactive approach to own learning and development

• High level of flexibility to adapt to the changing environment

• Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems, e.g., Salesforce, Marketing Cloud and SAP

• Mastery of O365 and other software tools, with the ability to adopt new systems and tools quickly

• Fluency in German and English is a must; French is a plus
