The Maintenance Technician I will ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its short- and long-term revenue and profit opportunities by certifying flawless execution thought the management of all activities inside the organizational boundaries related to assembly, repair, maintenance and overhauling of the coiled tubing and nitrogen equipment. 

In this role you will be responsible for: 

  • Overseeing maintenance team activities, providing necessary support and conditions for operation execution. Guide and supervise maintenance services at the base and in the field, when necessary. 
  • Knowing in detail the execution of maintenance tasks in advance. 
  • Supporting the ARMO Coordinator on planning, monitoring, and following up on maintenance activities with operations, generating monthly performance indicators (KPIs) for the maintenance team. 
  • Maintaining equipment operability at a satisfactory level of operation and safety. Ensure maintenance procedures are followed by the team. 
  • Supporting the system update of the maintenance database, including equipment numbers, locations, and other relevant information. 
  • Supporting maintenance material requisitions for purchases. 
  • Assisting in analyzing equipment failures with the operational support team. 
  • Escalating issues that can impact service delivery. promptly. 

Fuel your passion 

To be successful in this role you need to: 

  • Have technical degree with CFT active, and at least 6 months of  experience in the well completion area
  • Have experience in at least one of the areas: Lower / Upper Completion, Smart Completion, Liner Hanger or Fishing  Tools.]
  • Have basic SAP knowledge.
  • Have experience in material requisition/return to stock, tool status identification and stock location identification
  • Have basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
  • Be Ease of learning for basic computer systems
  • Be able to read and complete maintenance procedures
  • Be able to read and complete safety procedures
