Role Summary

As a Social Media Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage with our audience, and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management, content development for various platforms, and effective communication skills for responding to social media interactions. Additionally, the candidate should be adept at social listening to monitor and analyze online conversations and trends. Understand and apply the right channels in the marketing mix. Follow project work plans, deliver campaigns. May collaborate with marketing services resources and third-party service providers e.g., agencies, designers, writers. Assess and monitor performance against objectives, metrics, and budgets.

  • Requires analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems. May create new solutions, leveraging and, when needed, adapting existing methods and procedures.

  • Decisions impact own work and may impact the work of others.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual English – Spanish C1 to native speakers only.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 1 to 3+ years of experience in marketing campaigns (on/offline marketing) ideally in the client’s industry.

  • Ability to craft verbal and written marketing strategic recommendations and guidance.

  • Ability to work independently, taking ownership of accounts while also working collaboratively.

  • Good time management and prioritization skills.

  • Skilled communicator (written and spoken), ability to think on the fly.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized.

  • Good presentation skills, desired experience pitching proposals to clients.

  • Digitally fluent, with knowledge of digital marketing best practices.

  • Proven experience in social media management, including strategy development and implementation.

  • Strong skills in content creation and development for social media platforms.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to respond effectively to social media interactions.

  • Familiarity in social listening tools and techniques to monitor online conversations and trends.

  • Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Any of these languages: Portuguese, Canadian French.

  • Familiar to the Industry sales and marketing metrics.

  • Project Management Experience

  • Experience working with category and industry

  • Experience working within project management and CRM software

  • Experience in a worldwide marketing program and/or working with high-end agencies.
