Job Description

Procter & Gamble is seeking a highly motivated individual to join P&G’s Information Security Protect team in coordinating and helping manage relationships of our customers and key stakeholders.  This role works in a broad P&G environment, with a key focus of mission-critical applications and infrastructure. It is a unique opportunity to be immersed in the global IT ecosystem of a Fortune 500 company.  

As the team coordinator, you will provide key support in managing relationships with customers, third-party vendors and resolving customer issues. The coordinator will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records and collecting, tracking, and reporting data on key metrics related to the team.  The role requires work to be performed during mid-shift working hours. The Offensive Security intake coordinator will be partially involved in the pentesting process by conducting retests of existing findings to confirm remediation and participating in assessments.

Job Qualifications

• 3rd, 4th, 5th year students or graduates - with a real passion for Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• One+ years of relevant experience or recent education in project management, information technology or customer service.
• Ability to automate tasks by writing basic scripts/programs in at least 1 language (Python, PowerShell, C#, Assembly languages, etc.).
• Ability to read and understand multiple programming languages.
• Have a high level attention to detail.  
• Proficient in managing data, forms, and engaging in effective questioning and answering. 
• Ability to prioritize and delegate time schedules for multiple assessments.
• Basic hands-on experience with at least one of the major cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Basic familiarity with multiple operating systems, minimally Windows and Linux.
• An adversarial mindset - you must be able to put yourself in the mind of the attacker. 
• Excellent and professional communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to articulate complex topics in a clear and concise manner.
• Completely fluent in English.
• Ability to provide customer-facing support in a professional manner.
