We’re seeking a Sales Commissions Analyst who will play a key role in supporting our high-performing sales teams. In this role, you’ll be responsible for calculating commission and incentive payments, analyzing performance data, and contributing to the design and optimization of our compensation programs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Accurately calculate commission and incentive award payments in accordance with established compensation plans.
  • Review commission payment reports to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve any commission discrepancies or reconciliation issues in a timely manner.
  • Support the development, implementation, and communication of sales compensation programs, policies, and quota frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Sales, and HR to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Analyze sales performance data and generate commission expense reports, presentations, and insights for leadership.
  • Maintain and audit data within ERP systems, spreadsheets, or compensation software to ensure reliable tracking of revenue and performance.
  • Assist in the improvement or development of tools and systems for commission tracking and analysis.
  • Perform modeling and cost analysis to support new commission plans or changes in quota structures.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (or related field) and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in sales compensation, financial analysis, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems or commission management tools (ideally SPIFF)
  • Ability to communicate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
