Job Summary

Responsible for the growth of revenue from referral programs. Develop strategies with internal teams and vendors to improve program(s) performance. Ensure systems and tools support programs and are streamlined for sales team engagement. Stakeholder and implement initiatives nationally and across the company to bolster participation motivating sales teams and external program participants. Oversee national incentive and recognition programs to support sales growth. Provides leadership and direction of a team to successfully execute plans, while working closely with senior leadership. Presentation and communication skills are also critical along with the ability to lead the team with empathy and collaboration.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Researches, designs and develops corporate, division and/or region level plans that support the Company's business objectives.
  • Works with Sales and Marketing senior leaders to gain alignment on strategies and deliver program growth.
  • Work with teams to leverage data to show value and impacts of programs and incentives.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Provide stakeholders with insights based on data and anecdotal evidence to optimize programs with the primary goal of increasing leads and revenue.
  • Evaluate data to improve tracking, usage, and trend identification.
  • Work with Sales Operations and Legal to ensure programs are operating efficiently and compliantly
  • Direct annual sales recognition program and event
  • Oversee the organization's sales effectiveness team to support and enable sales teams to obtain leads and incentive participation
  • Must have been a Sr manager or higher for 2+ Years. 
  • Role is required to be in the office in Philadelphia
