The Analyst shall be working with cross functional teams focusing on Resiliency Projects. This project has end goal  of addressing  Manufacturing future capacity constraints or gaps on processes & tools, institute improvement to address root causes and goals are met on a timely manner.  Escalate issues to management on actions to resolve issues or requiring decisions for issue resolution.

Collaborative and knows how to motivate cross functional teams towards a common goal.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail oriented and highly Analytical & organized.
Willing to work in a fast-paced environment to quickly analyze situations and make informed decisions.
