- Responsible for sales Promotion Mechanism Guideline set up ensure meeting P&L and offtake maximization
- Support Head of CEC to lead key project management ( business License, business data flow set up, global to supply chain set up etc) and lead E2E process of both internal and external
- Lead Sales operation process, and act as a gate keeper of internal CEC for external contracting, customer meeting calendar and etc.
- Monitor CEC business spending are within control or more budget required, especially on target realization, spending effectiveness in order to support the business growth ambition.
- Lead the Sales reconciliation, ensure customer sales reconciliation meet both customer timelines in order to smooth the collaboration
Support Head of CEC on business forecasting/review process, ensure resources are well planned, and well executed of business internal and external
Education / 教育背景
- Bachelor degree above , preferable from background of Finance, engineering, mathematics and etc.
- Living, study or working abroad experience is a plus
Experience / 经验
- Experience in the role of Finance controlling, or Finance Business partner, or FP&A
- Experience in P&L management, and financial modeling
- Experience in FMCG, or Consumer health industry, understand well the industry operation model, especially in distribution management (Pharmaceutical industry is acceptable but coupled with Ecommerce experience is must)
- Experienced in Leading process related project realization in the company, such as system/IT implementation, new process change management, etc
- Experience in stakeholder reporting, prepare the materials and speaking to senior leaders in English
