Your Role: Own the Challenge
 

In this role, you will support the global Travel & Expense (T&E) function within ABB Robotics, acting as the main point of contact for LATAM and Europe operations. You will ensure service delivery, compliance, project execution, and stakeholder satisfaction. You will also leverage your expertise to deliver T&E services in alignment with established policies, procedures, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

This role is supporting LATAM and Europe operations within the ABB Robotics.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for T&E topics in Mexico, Latam & European Countries
• Gather business requirements and deliver reporting, training, and policy solutions
• Resolve operational issues and support daily T&E activities
• Analyze T&E data and provide performance insights
• Ensure compliance with policies and expense audit requirements
• Manage escalations across stakeholders and global teams
• Monitor SLA/KPI performance and drive improvements
• Support implementation of tools and process documentation
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, and Audit teams

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in Travel & Expense operations and project management/implementations.
• Experience in Shared Services or BPO environments preferred.
• Knowledge of T&E tools (e.g., SAP Concur, Travel booking tools, SAP)
• Solid understanding of travel, expense, and corporate credit card processes.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Problem solving mindset.
• Proven project management experience (required).
• Bachelor’s Degree completed.
