IM Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one “clean” ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains. The program will simplify the IM ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes in order to have a cost effective, fit for purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the IM business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade.

The Director will be a part of the IM Transcend JJT Leadership team, in a multi-year global business transformation initiative that will modernize our end-to-end Supply Chain digital capabilities by harmonizing our disparate ERP ecosystem, standardizing our core business processes and products [across Plan, Source, Make, Quality, Deliver, Finance and Data], and enabling our integrated data strategy through a single SAP S/4 HANA instance.

This individual must leverage a refined, multi-functional toolset of expertise with the SAP S/4 family of products, supply chain business expertise, process improvement, execution of transformative initiatives, global deployments, and digital acumen to effectively interact with a breadth of business stakeholders and global process owners. The position will partner closely with senior leaders within IM supply chain to ensure the evolving business requirements are being considered and met through optimal use of digital capabilities.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

  • Establish deployment roadmaps to achieve efficient & effective delivery of business & customer value for assigned product / platform
  • Balance business value with technical feasibility while prioritizing features, optimizing cost and improving delivery efficiency
  • Refine the backlog by adding technical features and epics for best-in-class product operations
  • Help Product Owners prioritize their backlogs, lead product / platform constraints; resolve cross-team dependencies; lead demand intake
  • Work in close partnership with the Product Owner and Engineer roles to handle risk in backlog
  • Drive approach for automation testing, regression testing and load testing, ensuring non-functional requirements are tested.
  • Accountable to lead the integrated build with Product team to ensure the end-to-end build of a particular part of a solution is compliant and works as designed.
  • Planning and execution of Technical Testing by Engineering team; Support business workstream lead to plan and complete User Acceptance Testing
  • Apply compliance requirements within scope of responsibility, ensures SDLC documentation, system configuration and compliance activities are up to date.
  • Drive continual measurement of capabilities against demand volume, complexity, business challenges and improvement within value stream(s)
  • Building strong partnerships with business at different levels of the impacted organizations to understand the business’s needs and priorities.
  • Partner with Technology Services on the software engineering approach to sustain the solutions.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required
  • Must have at least 15 years of experience
  • Must have knowledge and understanding of standard practices, technology, functions and supporting industry principles in SAP ERP and Pharma Industry.
  • Experience gathering requirements and translating into a product vision through deep expertise in product development, engineering, operations and UX
  • Must have deep understanding and experience in high quality product delivery, including planning, dependency management, and delivery execution & governance
  • Deep understanding of the business needs, including sufficient knowledge of business processes, relevant value drivers, and industry trends
  • Demonstrable experience in leading a product backlog/release plan, supervising team level metrics, leading product team ceremonies, removing blockers (burndown chart, release burn up)

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$150,000.00 - $258,750.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
• Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
• Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
• Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
