JR69905 Engineer Lead/MGR, TCP Probe ENG Process Integration (Tainan)

Join Micron's ambitious journey to mold the future of memory and storage solutions. As a Probe Application Engineer in Taiwan, you will play a pivotal role in delivering world-class innovations that drive our mission forward.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes and operations for new and existing products. Coordinate resources between FAB NPI and PROBE PROD/Equipment/TSE/KEG teams for seamless product qualifications from design to mass production.Automation Systems: Enable and sustain probe automation systems to improve operational efficiency and strengthen the defensive capabilities of probe manufacturing.

  • Build and Develop Solutions: Build and implement manufacturing execution detailed solutions to improve operational efficiency.

  • Efficiency and Cost Reduction: Lead initiatives for efficiency improvement in Probe Operations, ensuring seamless manufacturing processes.

  • Data Analysis: Apply outstanding analytical skills using tools like Excel, Tableau, and Access to extract valuable insights from manufacturing data, supporting site business plans.

  • Process Improvement:  Convert raw probe data into valuable insights for process improvement and yield enhancement, generating crucial data for Assembly and BE testing.

  • Quality Control: Perform lot dispositions based on business logic and quality control standards required by PE and customers.

  • Initial location is in Taichung, with production planned to be located in Tainan.

Requirements

  • Education: Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Experience: Proven experience in manufacturing execution systems, probe automation, and new product introduction.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, and Access.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to convert raw data into actionable insights such as Python, and database.

  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to successfully implement new products and process improvements.

  • Problem-Solving: Outstanding problem-solving skills to address manufacturing challenges and offer innovative solutions.

  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with collaborators both within and outside the organization.

  • •Leadership: Develop an effective organization, as a team leader, take care Manufacturing organization health and talent development to drive higher performance.
