About Us

FL105 is a privately held, early-stage company pioneering the use of artificial intelligence to transform mental health paradigms and pioneer a new category of psychological fitness. We are creating a world where individuals and communities are empowered to preemptively identify and tackle psychological challenges and address mental health concerns.

FL105 is backed by Flagship Pioneering, an innovation enterprise that conceives, creates, resources, and builds companies that invent breakthrough technologies to transform health care, agriculture, and sustainability. Flagship has created over 100 groundbreaking companies since 2000, including Moderna.

The Role

As our Head of Growth, you’ll be the strategic and operational leader responsible for driving user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization across our products. You’ll work directly with the President to define the growth strategy, build out our growth stack, run experiments, and scale winning campaigns.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, analytics, performance, and ownership. You should be comfortable both crafting strategy and getting into the execution details.

What You'll Do

  • Own the growth strategy for the products we build.
  • Lead performance marketing across paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple, emerging platforms/DSPs, etc), optimizing for CAC, ROAS, and LTV
  • Design, launch, and analyze rapid growth experiments — including ad creative tests, funnel optimizations, onboarding flows, and monetization experiments.
  • Build and manage lifecycle marketing (email, push, in-app messaging) to drive engagement and reduce churn
  • Partner with product, design, and content teams to create high-converting landing pages, onboarding flows, and monetization experiments
  • Own and evolve attribution, analytics, and reporting systems
  • Manage a small team of growth marketers and freelancers as needed
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for launching new markets

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing or product-led growth, ideally in consumer
  • Proven track record scaling DTC subscription products with meaningful revenue
  • Deep experience with paid acquisition, web-to-app campaigns, creative testing, A/B experiments, and funnel optimization
  • Fluency in marketing analytics, attribution, and LTV/CAC modeling. Expertise in SKAN, AEM, and attribution models, with familiarity in MMM and incrementality testing
  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves — you can build the strategy and execute it too
  • Strong operational instincts — you proactively monitor daily and weekly performance, spot issues early, and move quickly to troubleshoot and optimize.
  • Creative mindset with a relentless focus on impact and outcomes
  • Passion for wellness, mental health, and helping people live better

Nice to Haves

  • Experience working on sleep, mindfulness, or wellness apps
  • Hands-on experience with the Apple Search Ads and App Store Optimization (ASO)
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Amplitude, FunnelFox, Stripe
  • Background in CRO, behavioral psychology, or UX
