This senior-level position provides leadership in delivering service, maintenance, and implementation support for a comprehensive suite of treasury management products, ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction. The role oversees complex implementations, guiding clients through setup, documentation, approvals, and configuration validation while ensuring adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements. In addition to managing escalated service issues, the position supervises daily support activities, monitors case progress in Salesforce, and ensures timely and accurate completion of client requests. The senior specialist collaborates with internal partners, mentors team members, and drives process improvements to enhance implementation efficiency, operational excellence, and client experience.

What you will do

  • Facilitate implementation processes, guiding clients through system setup, documentation validation, and configuration assessments while ensuring full compliance with regulatory and bank-specific standards.
  • Facilitate the seamless delivery and ongoing maintenance of comprehensive treasury management solutions, prioritizing exceptional client onboarding experiences and sustained satisfaction.
  • Manage a dynamic pipeline of implementation and service tasks, swiftly addressing escalated issues and efficiently supporting daily operations, with continuous monitoring and resolution tracking in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate actively with leadership to mentor junior team members on processes and procedures, while adeptly handling complex client onboarding and service maintenance activities.

Education Qualifications

  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • Associate’s Degree (AA) preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) preferred


Experience Qualifications

  • 5-7 years Working knowledge of Treasury Management Products and Services. Products include Treasury Portal, Remote Deposit Capture, Wire Origination, ACH Origination, Fraud Services, File Services, Virtual Account Manager, Lockbox, Bank Check Express, Payment Link, Sweeps, etc. required

The estimated salary range for this position is $70,000 USD to $80,000 USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
