About the Role:

The Director of Growth Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies for both incubated and established business lines. This role will drive customer acquisition through innovative marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing, data analytics, and consumer behavior, with a proven track record of driving growth in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in performance-based advertising and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition across multiple business lines.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and other marketing teams to align customer acquisition growth strategies with business objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights.

Digital Marketing:

  • Lead digital marketing initiatives and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Work with channel marketing teams to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
  • Manage and scale performance marketing efforts for the different business lines to drive revenue growth.

Data Analytics and Optimization:

  • Utilize data analytics to track, measure, and optimize marketing performance and ROI.
  • Work with cross-functional and media teams to run A/B testing and experimentation to identify the most effective growth strategies.
  • Provide regular reporting on key metrics and insights to senior leadership.

Team Collaboration:

  • Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the marketing team.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive integrated marketing efforts and ensure alignment on key initiatives.

Budget Management:

  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of spend to maximize impact.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related role, with a focus on driving customer acquisition and growth.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity space, digital marketing channels and tools, including Adobe, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Demonstrated success in managing marketing budgets and optimizing spend for maximum ROI.
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
