Position Summary:

This role is critical in driving initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee development, and leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training design, performance management, and project execution, with a passion for creating impactful learning experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience: 3–5 years in Organizational Development, Training, or related roles.
  • Solid experience in performance management (including 9-box methodology).
  • Knowledge of learning platforms, e-learning systems, and project management.
  • Strong skills in course development, instructional design (preferred), and vendor management.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Familiarity with Workday and other HRIS tools.
  • Excellent communication in english, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with career planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Ability to design and implement team-building programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Design, implement, and manage and development programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead performance management processes, including 9-box assessments, career development plans, and succession planning.
  • Develop and deliver leadership programs and early career initiatives.
  • Manage learning platforms and e-learning systems; ensure smooth integration and user engagement.
  • Oversee instructional design for courses and learning materials (desirable).
  • Collaborate with vendors for training solutions and manage budget allocation effectively.
  • Drive team-building activities and organizational development strategies.
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to measure program effectiveness.
  • Partner with stakeholders to support career pathing and development plans.
  • Utilize Workday and other HR systems for performance and learning management.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement throughout all OD initiatives.
