Design end-to-end event journeys that optimize employee and guest interactions, using data, stakeholder feedback, and industry best practices to identify enhancement opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

Build trusted relationships with business units, leadership, and partners by consulting with sponsors to understand objectives and translating goals into actionable plans that align with organizational vision.

Manage financial plans, forecasts, and performance for event programs while governing vendors and service providers to ensure contract compliance, cost-effectiveness, and service excellence.

Collect and act upon feedback to measure event impact, refine playbooks and best practices, and continuously elevate the standard of care that exceeds client expectations.

Foster innovation by adopting emerging technologies, re-engineering processes, and leveraging data to enhance engagement, streamline operations, and measure event ROI in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in high-profile event planning or hospitality, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in fast-paced, matrixed environments.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating strong event management capabilities.

  • Proven leadership presence with the ability to influence stakeholders, manage complex event portfolios, and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information and competing priorities.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate professionally and build trusted relationships across all organizational levels.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and financial management capabilities, including demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions and manage budgets effectively.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, event management systems, and technology platforms that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

  • Willingness and ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed for event execution, with demonstrated adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience implementing and refining event governance frameworks, playbooks, and best practices that drive consistency and quality.

  • Knowledge of emerging event technologies, virtual/hybrid event platforms, and tools that enhance attendee engagement and measure event ROI.

  • Background in designing secure information management practices and maintaining comprehensive event documentation.

  • Experience working in corporate environments with exposure to executive-level engagements and high-stakes events requiring discretion.
