The Talent Attraction Partner is responsible for delivering full-cycle recruiting across EMEA, supporting a variety of professional, commercial, corporate, manufacturing, and operational roles. This position partners closely with HR, hiring managers, and business leaders to identify, attract, and hire top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with Greif's Talent Attraction strategy.
This role serves as a key member of Greif's global Talent Attraction team, bringing knowledge of local labor markets, hiring practices, and compliance requirements across EMEA. The Talent Attraction Partner will leverage sourcing expertise, technology, and market intelligence to build talent pipelines and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
The Talent Attraction Partner plays a critical role in helping Greif attract and hire top talent across EMEA. Through strong recruiting execution, market expertise, and stakeholder partnership, this role helps ensure the organization has the talent needed to achieve its business objectives while delivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
