Role Overview

You will oversee recruiting operations, manage feedback cycles, design robust compensation programs, and be a culture champion who truly understands the ethos of Miter. This role will initially be an individual contributor role with an opportunity to hire and build a team over time pending strong individual and company performance.

Responsibilities

  • Recruiting Operations: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from talent acquisition to onboarding, ensuring timely and effective hiring that aligns with Miter's growth objectives.

  • Performance Management: Manage quarterly review and feedback processes, ensuring that every team member gets clear, fair feedback and has opportunities to grow at Miter.

  • Compensation and Benefits: Design, implement, and oversee compensation programs that are competitive, equitable, and tailored to the needs of our diverse workforce.

  • Culture and Engagement: Foster a positive work environment and culture that promotes collaboration and performance. Lead initiatives that support employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

  • Operational Excellence: Continuously optimize our people processes and systems to ensure efficiency, scalability, and compliance with industry and legal standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a rigorous, fast-paced role

  • Comprehensive knowledge of compensation programs and benefits.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to engage with individuals at all levels of the organization.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
