Job Summary

Perform contract activities within Global Sales Contract Management (GSCM) Department. Provide global support to Sales personnel, GSCM, and other functions.

Essential Functions

  • Prepare, review and respond to new contract submissions and amendments to existing contracts with customers, which may include distributors, GPOs, and hospital organizations.
  • Review terms and conditions for compliance with Global Sales Contract Management Department, Legal, Compliance, and ZOLL’s standard policies and requirements.
  • Independently perform 1st pass redline responses to agreements utilizing common contracting methods and approved processes.
  • Maintains staff by recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, assessing and promoting direct reports.
  • Accomplishes GSCM and GSORG objectives by managing direct reports’ projects and daily work.
  • Utilizing HR and GSCM training resources, creates development plans with manager and direct reports.
  • Review, prepare and respond to RFP’s, RFI’s, bids & tenders, etc.as needed.
  • Assist in creation of price lists and customer specific price files as required.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions pursuant to ZOLL playbook and GSCM Department procedures.
  • Interact and respond to customers (internal and external), customer services, field sales, legal and other cross-functional teams through Teams meetings, conference calls, email, etc.
  • Act as main point of contact for administration of agreements in your area.
  • Maintain your area’s databases, contract reporting and fee payments if any.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional ZOLL personnel on agreements, pricing, and other documentation.
  • Respond to miscellaneous data/report requests from internal and external customers.
  • Complete other departmental projects and work as assigned by GSCM Senior Director.


Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
  • 5+ years of contract experience required


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Has experience reviewing complex contracts
  • Strong computer skills; high level of proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel) critical
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple task simultaneously and prioritize work.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Knowledge of preparing submitting bids, RFP’s, RFO’s a plus.
