What success looks like in this role:

· Designs, implements, and supports enterprise storage and data protection solutions (e.g., Dell EMC storage platforms, backup technologies) for a dedicated client environment.

· Acts as a technical point of contact for a specific client, ensuring performance, availability, and capacity planning of storage and backup systems.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Location: Preferably based in Mexico City (CDMX), Monterrey, or Guadalajara; required to work in the client office 3 times a week (hybrid work model).
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish and a High level of English required. The position will involve regular communication with specialists within our company and external vendors.
• Studies: Related engineering degree completed.

Must Have Skills (Experience of at least 4 years):

· Dell EMC Data Protection and Backup Appliances

· Dell EMC Data Protection and Backup Software: PowerProtect, Avamar, Networker, RecoverPoint

· Dell EMC Data Protection and Backup Solutions: Cyber Recovery, VxRail

· Dell EMC Data Storage Solutions: VNX, Unity, VMAX, PowerMax

· DSI VTL backup/restore solution

Nice to Have:

· Dell EMC Storage Certification

· Scrum Methodology knowledge

· Automation Solutions knowledge
