Summary: As a Cloud Native Engineer, you will select and deploy appropriate cloud-native tools to accelerate application development. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, evaluating different cloud-native solutions, and implementing the best options to enhance application performance and scalability. You will also engage in discussions to share insights and best practices, ensuring that the team remains aligned with the latest cloud technologies and methodologies. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of deployed cloud-native tools and make recommendations for improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Mainframe Modernization. - Experience with cloud-native architecture and design principles. - Strong understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize cloud-based applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in AWS Mainframe Modernization. - This position is based in Hyderabad. - A 15 years full time education is required.
